Asians need to improve their nutrition to improve their height. The easiest way to do this is to stop eating white rice, and start eating brown rice. This is as easy as switching from white bread to brown bread.

If you make this change, realize that the benefits will be enormous over even 1 month. Now think of the benefits after 10 years, or 50 years. Then think about giving your children the benefits of increased health.

I just don't understand why Asians (of which I am one) eat white rice. White rice is not healthy.

Just some thoughts: I hope Asians can become more assertive and not passive. I hope Asians develop more social and interpersonal skills. Asians need to develop height through good habits and nutrition. Be careful of the stock market. Don't think it's easy money. It's deceptive and can be more dangerous than the casino. I've lost hundreds of times more in the stock market than the casino.

especially sinigang..its not the same eating sinigang with brown rice lol...

5'4... Dam, i wish i was talller though. but ive seen at least 70% of girls here are short as.. hehe soo cute. so sometimes i feel great being tall, but not soo great when the hot asian guy is sooo tall! XD

I'm 186cm tall (6' - 6'1"), I've been eating white rice all my life. White rice is healthy, but being healthy doesn't have anything to do with being tall.

I have plenty of healthy friends that are short, and plenty of unhealthy friends who are tall.

I say, drink full cream milk and eat donuts every day. Worked for me~!

i'm 5'3-5'4...not that tall huh?? but i have lots of friends who are shorter than me..but this is the average height for asian woman..

I'm only 153 cm/5 ft but it doesn't really faze me. Most of my peers are of Asian or Southern European descent so they're all kinda short like me >_<
And it's kind of fun to be picked up and thrown around.
