I think it's the anglicized spelling of the phrase in japanase slang "ゾッコン" (zokkon)

it's used to describe when one is extremely crushing on someone or something seriously

it's used it phrases like. "ゾッコンラブ” = zokkon love (has the meaning of love @ first sight.)

(insert noun here)にゾッコン = ________ ni zokkon (meaning that they are really really into (insert noun here)
