i don't have before and after pictures
but this is basically what happened for me
day1: hurts a LOT + bruises
after the bruises disappeared, i started to wear a thick sweater then hoola hooping
it worked i think at least i FEEL skinnier
but i didn't lose any weight
AND it increased my hoola hooping skills
i could barely do five and now i can go on forever
until well the spikey stuff presses too much into my stomach and i feel like puking
so don't go overboard

it works. it seriously works.

doesnt even hurt..
and its funn ^O^ i never got any bruising. i need to start doing this again..

i dont think many people will have photos. and if they do the weight loss they get is from a specific diet & other exercise. hula hooping alone isnt good enough if you want to see dramatic weight loss

my friend used to use it.
it gave her a lot of bruises and i dont think it worked.
she only lost weight when she changed her diet and worked out a little more.

you can buy it basically at any asian supermarket

oh yeah and i agree with what some people said, hula hooping alone won't show much difference. it will shrink your waistline IF you eat considerately and do other exercises too =)

Nooo, that's what a corset does. Did you know that there are actually gym classes that specializes with hula hoops with weights in them? It seriously trims your waist: if you have fat, it sheds it in due time and if you're already thin, it defines it. This is all what I learned from doctors and trainers so I'm guessing it's an overall good thing. laugh.gif
