no need for surgery!
(i posted this in someones thread, but i decided to make my own on this)

ppl who are bow legged, your in luck.
my cousin showed me a "secret"

i will share on soompi.

ok, so she had when she was a kid. bad enough to see through jeans. ne way, what she did was, she got the clear plastic wraps and wrapped them around her legs really tight till when she stood up, he legs would be straight. she got her parents to help, easier i guess.
well she did this for about 1-2 hours a day for about 5 months, and they became straight, i saw them. its pretty crazy.
im trying it now too.
she said her leg fell asleep some times, but she was careful. so if your going to do this, BE CAREFUL. your legs need blood. so there is a limit. you need to find a happy medium.

good luck

This seems very questionable. Plus, your cousin did this when she was a KID. It's very different once you're fully grown. Good luck to you, I guess mellow.gif

yeah, she was still a kid at the time, the bones weren't fully developed yet, so it's easier to modify them

yah, good luck to you mellow.gif

Uh, for all the people who says this doesn't work, it does.........
Except if you go to the doctor, they will give you velco straps for you to wrap sections of your legs with together.
Its just the same concept really with the saran wrap.

If you go out to the rural places in Asia, you'll see children with bow leg shaped legs because they were carried on backs by their parents with their legs wrapping around their parents torso. Some people are born with bow leggedness, because of genetics but bones can be easily modified when young since they are still developing....

probably she didn't read the OP's last post
I thought the same way too.
on 1st post, the OP didn't say her age when she did the plastic wrap thing, so I assumed she did it when she's little.

Well, good that the treatment really works.

even if you're not a "kid" sleep.gif;; you should still try it. it won't hurt you unless you're over doing it.

btw..16/17 yrs old... i consider not to be a kid...
