hmm.. i see some of those dry spots too on some of my mango .. not as many as your mango though. It probably is okay to eat.. but it looks horrible though.

I ate mangoes that had those spots before, i'm still fine and it didn't make me get all sick or anything either.

i see those spots sometimes in my mangoes and i'm scared to eat it. so i usually throw it away, or just eat the parts outside of it. if you know what i mean. i really don't know what it is though; although my mom said it's not bad or anything.
