make sure u go do a pee before u expose ur stomach. =D water makes u look bloated.

you will need to do cardio to get rid of the top layer of fat covering your abs.

you can't target your stomach to make it flat. you gotta lose overall body fat. this is different from simply losing weight. you gotta lose fat, and only fat. there's lots of threads out here you can read up on. go study and find out!

what i did was cut out all the soda, chips, sweets, chocolate, ice cream, etc.
and then as i kept doing that, i lost some of my stomach fat and then running keeps it flat.

i'm a guy n i have a flat stomach from age of 1 to now. I need to gain some weight. I'm the skinniest guy in my p.e class
Must gain 5 pounds

honestly, just do situps
i do NO CARDIO (trust me i don't even run in PE my school's pretty ghetto lmao)
and even though it wouldn't BURN as much fat as cardio would,
when you do situps/crunches you're still burning SOME fat while defining your muscle
you just have to be motivated to do it
thats all there is to it
i didn't change my diet either trust me i'm a fatass

well.. before my first meal of the day.. it's flat.. LOL
But i don't think it's a good idea to not eat.
Sit ups.. crunches.. exercising focusing at your stomach (lol i just stated the obvious)
