Who wants to keep Miley and Mandy warm?

Miley Ray Cyrus and backup dancer BFF Mandy Jiroux go for dinner at PF Changs and do some shopping at Urban Outfitters in Burbank, Calif. on Saturday.

Looks like dad Billy and mom Tish didnt make sure the girls were dressed properly before heading out! It was a windy and chilly night and Miley was trying to keep warm the whole time out.

Being her usual friendly self, Miley posed for a few pics with fans.

one thing i notice, miley chew gums alot, which remind me of britney -__- and she talks like she has gums in her mouth even when she's not chewing them hahahaha
