ok...so this is my first time posting here >.<

and i dont usually tend to showcase my singing (probably for good reason ph34r.gif )

this is me singing mandy moore's cover of rihanna's song umbrella

(i may sound a bit monotonous in most areas, please excuse my non-existent vocal range dry.gif )

any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated happy.gif

It just sounds like you closed the door to your room and started singing really quietly so no one can hear. Also it sounds like you don't know the song so you're reading the lyrics while doing it. And last thing, it sounds like you have a nose clip to make your nose bridge high. laugh.gif

Anyways, nice job!

hellohello. [: first thing's first: sing louder! i had to turn my volume all the way up to hear you. or maybe it's just your mic? ...or maybe it's just me, hahaha. i think you have a pretty good tone, no dying animals going on like me. xD it was pretty good up until the chorus, because you start sound tired or sick. if you are sick, get well soon! ^^ if not, try not to sing through your nose sometimes. i have a tendency of doing that too whenever i'm trying to sound like someone. don't try to sound like mandy moore! you sound fine just the way you are, so just try and bring your own style into it. try putting a little more oomph and emotion into the words and enunciate more, instead of slurring some words together.

this was pretty good for a first timer. [: practice practice practice and you'll go far! keep singing. <3

thannks for the input happy.gif i guess i do have a problem singing loud, hehh, but mostly cuz my voice range doesnt quite allow me to amplify without sounding like a dying animal either crazy.gif well, i wasnt sick, and i wasnt (consciously) trying to sound like mandy, but i'll try to sing with more my own style next time ^^
