I just got a new cafe job and want to hear some of your ideas on how to change my sleep pattern so I can wake up for my job. I currently sleep around 1am every night but I need to start waking up at 4:30am M-F. Any ideas on how to do that so that I'll still be awake for work?

oh my goodness
i hated working that early and i've only done it about 3-4 times
but yeah if you sleep by 10, you'll have a good 6 hours
it'll naturally come by hahah work makes you soooo tired, especially juggling work and school...the first thing i wanna do is sleep, and screw everything else =_=

euh... no idea... my natural instinc will wake me up when it is time...
like before going to sleep, i *think* myself ''gotta wake up at 7(if class starts at 8)...
i'll automaticly(?) open my eyes when it is near 7 hehe

Hahah, I do that too. I wake up like a minute before my alarm clock is supposed to ring.

the first night/day will prob be most exhausting since you wn't be able to sleep. but try going to bed earlier and your body wil gradually get used to it
maybe u wont actually sleep right away, just talk on the phone or text or read and later on you'll be tired

Well you can slowly try change your sleep pattern. Sleeping 3 hours ahead of the time you usually go to bed will just leave you tossing and turning the whole night.
Try sleeping 30 minutes or an hour earlier each day and wake up a little earlier the next morning.

i do that too, like if i need to get something in the morning than i tell myself b4 sleep and i automaically remember it or if i need to wake up early that day then i just wake up at that time...
