Japchae is a korean glass noodle dish with mushrooms, onions, carrots, and red pepper. It can be eaten hot or cold, but i prefer it cold!

i ate japchae before. xD i'm not too big of a fan of it. the noodles are too thick for me. o__o;; i like thin noodles. do they make japchae w/ thin noodles too?

well, it wasn't that bad. :) i just had this like...GIGANTIC plate of it and i couldn't eat it all. lmao. plus, there were some other really good food to eat too so yeah. xD not the best of korean foods but pretty decent. :)

An authentic japchae recipe will NOT include red bell pepper. That's a mi-gook thing, IMO!
