Going To Get A Labret Piercing and I have questions!

Hello there, fellow soompiers. (:

Well, today I'm going to get a labret piercing, which is the piercing in the middle of the lip.

I know it takes around 2-4 weeks to heal, depending on the person.

But what can I not do while it's healing? Like, can I not smoke/drink etc...
And for how long should I keep it up?

i'm wondering;
why i'm wasting my time.
