I used to be 125 lbs back in high school. And ever since I started college I've been losing weight, but it was pretty gradual. Now i'm down to 108 lbs as the lowest when I weigh myself in the morning. It goes up and down throughout the day though. I am not starving myself and I eat about three meals a day and snack on things in between. I have weighed myself with different scales, because I still just CAN'T believe that I am losing weight when I used to try so hard to and not see any results. Maybe I have a hidden health problem? I do have to mention though that I started doing turbo jam and hip hop abs about a year and a half ago, and before that I would go to the gym in my dorm quite often (but back then, I WANTED to lose weight and I didn't see any results even though I worked out so hard). i'm 5'4 btw.

Hmmmm maybe it's just your metabolism that increased. I know alot of people who started losing weight when they got into college.

do you have any other changes in your body that
you noticed just recently?
i may think that u have a health problem because your
weight loss is gradual.i do hope i'm wrong.
