I Can't Seem To Download Mp4s From Media Fire please someone help.............

I'm trying to download mp4s & videos from Media fire..
bt everytime I do.. it says it's downloading but nothing pops for me to download..

what do I do? Has this happened to anyone?

I tried so many times..is something wrong with my computer??

But otherwise if itunes is telling you to restore then you don't have much of a choice... you just have to restore and copy your music back in. Its possible things got corrupted in the ipod causing this problem.
