but honestly hes very healthy, and I can't help but feel jealous.
I'm like around 118-120 lbs but I use to be around my brothers weight
I'm trying to be a little more like him, I'm eating healthier, playing sports, etc. but my problem is my cravings.
I have to eat something decent for breakfast,lunch,dinner but my brother can easily just eat like one slice of bread and feel completely full.
How can I stop comparing myself with my brother?
p.s. no don't worry about his weight. he's okay. doctor said hes fine
