i, being a girl, made the verrry big mistake of taking two years of weight-training in h.s., pumped some serious iron, and got those big muscles that, honestly, doesnt look too great on girls >.< and plus, i swim every week, i dunno if that counts for anything...
does anyone else have this problem?? is there a way of getting rid of muscles in a healthy way??? i really dont prefer my ankles to be that huge, even if its muscles and not fat >.<

if you stop working out, in time your muscles will go away
or higher reps, lower intensity
i dunno how long itll take though
i would kill to have some tone =/

yea, but i dont want them to fade into fat, know what i mean??
i dont even work out anymore, i just swim, its more cardio than muscle-building >.<
