hey i usually go around cyworld to look at fashion stuff even though i can't read korean TT
and then i noticed quite a while ago they have health/fitness section that looks SUPER useful...and sometimes when i go around cyworlds people post up their favourite diet tips. and i really wish i could read them. so let's share? help translate! here are some to share...

Eye:
For Longer Eyelashes:
→Wet a Q-Tip with water and apply to roots.
For Bigger Eyes:
→ Rotate eyes in all directions 20 times
→ Press down on the bottom bones of your eyes gently but firmly(?)
→ 눈꼬리부분 지압해주기
→ Close your eyes then quickly & strongly re-open
To Reduce Bloated Eyes:
→ Freeze Green Tea and apply every morning
→ Rotate upper eyelids 15x.

Nose:
For a Higher Nose:
→ Massage nose 200x with a lifting motion
For Smaller Nostrils:
→ Slightly squeeze nostrils with finger as u rotate the 'lump' area.

Face:
To Reduce Cheek Fat:
→ Regularly massage your face.

The following are basically 30 rules of dieting but whoever made this simply wanted to 'number' each rule by 1 day of a month. Thus 30 rules = 30 days = 1 month. Therefore, it does not mean that the rule for Day 1 is only for day one, it is simply how the creator wanted to list their rules. smile.gif


First Week:
Day 1: Never use elevators/escalators.

Third Week:
Day 15: Do not become easily disappointed when your weight does not shrink.
Day 16: Cancel/reject any chances to go out to the bar to drink alcohol.
Day 17: Do not eat appetizers out of grudge (kinda confused by this one sorry guys!)
Day 18: Check yourself out in a mirror whenever there is time.
Day 19: Be careful of desserts after a meal.
Day 20: When having ramyun/noodles - throw away the broth with no regrets.
Day 21: Buy clothes to wear for when you get skinnier ahead of time.

Last Week:
Day 22: Sweat as much as you eat. (haha not literally but basically exercise appropriately)
Day 23: Always dance when going to karaoke.
Day 24: Wear tight clothes.
Day 25: Stretch as soon as you wake up in the morning.
Day 26: When thirsty, always drink spring water instead of juice/cola.
Day 27: Fast food and restaurants are restricted to once a month.
Day 28: Buy a tape measure to check your waist size everyday.
Day 29: Jog/run around the neighborhood in a pair of sneakers once a day.
Day 30: Eat milk, eggs, fruits and vegetables all day.

omg i was doing the big eyes one and i got SO dizzy and my forehead felt funny. xD
wah pound/hit of your v- for 50 minutes to achieve longer legs~! WAHH i dont feel like doing that now. put hitting/pounding your armpit for 40 minutes is okay but too long. people might think im crazy.

I wasnt sure about the 'v-area' thing but basically it means where ur legs split off from ur body to make the v.
i think these two methods are basically focusing on massaging/pounding/etc the joint areas of ur legs and arms
in hopes of helping it grow in some miraculous way? biggrin.gif haha sorry not much help xD but doesnt hurt to try~

율무차_변비가 있다면 조심하세요 - adlay
식욕을 억제시키며 수분대사를 원활히 해 이뇨 효과도 크고, 혈중 콜레스테롤을 낮춰준다. 단, 몸속 수분을 말리는 성질이 강하므로 변비나 불면증이 있는 사람, 임산부는 삼가는 것이 좋다.
