:3 i am such a sucker for adam sandler + drew barrymoore.

Ever After is a really cute rendition of Cinderella. Its a little bit more of girl empowering though.

I loved 50 First Dates for the slightly unexpected ending.

How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days is great brain candy? I also really enjoyed Alex & Emma :3

If you don't mind cartoons Studio Ghibli's Howl's Moving Castle was really one of my favorites <3

Hope that helps ~ !

I can't think of a bunch of them at the moment but the first one that came to mind was JUST LIKE HEAVEN with Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo!

It was SO cute and funny...the leads were so natural that they BECAME their characters...even my dad who like never watches movies LOVES that movie!

Yi Jeong/Kim Bum + Ga Eul/Kim So Eun = Fierce SoEulmates!!!

About a Boy (so underrated--this is an amazing film. Rachel Weisz, Hugh Grant, Toni Colette, and Nicholas Holt)
Keeping the Faith
Intolerable Cruelty (Catherine Zeta Jones and George Clooney. Directed by the Cohen brothers!!)

I can't think of more right now...

here are some of my favorites :]

- Love Actually
- Kate and Leopold [lol, time machine]
- Notting Hill [ ^____^]
- Jerry Maguire

actually, these are old movies [from late 90's *like 1999* -- early 2000's]
but they are superb, :]

i'd throw myself to the sea
if god promised that you're inside.
when i saw you, i fell in love,
and you smiled because you knew.

I love The Truth about Cats & Dogs, Uma Thurman and Janeane Garofalo were so good in there, and Ben Chaplin was a darling blush.gif

If you like Shakespeare, the film adaptation of Much Ado about Nothing (Emma Thompson, Kenneth Branagh) is a riot and absolutely lovely. A Midsummer Night's Dream (Christian Bale blush.gif, Calista Flockhart) is also pretty enjoyable.

Pride & Prejudice <-- my favorite movie, you can watch it over and over and over again

The Bridget Jones's Diary <-- ultimate feel-good movie

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days <-- very sweet, clever movie - battle of the sexes!

Ever After <-- best cinderella story for girls

She's the Man <-- makes you giggle nonstop

These are pretty much the only chick flick / romantic comedy type movies I care for.

- The Garden State
- Elizabethtown

Many people find the two very similar, but I think they both have their own aspects of quirkiness and thoughtfulness.
