i decided to quote your post but i've seen many others share the same sentiment and i just wanted to address this view. many fans hold suju ever so dear and close to their hearts; those that hold the view of suju-is-still-13-so-what's-there-to-worry-about are the ones who are able to hold the group at arm's length (i.e. detached from their hearts) and discuss them without significant emotional attachment. this point of view is objective and thus falls deaf on subjective ears (though understandably so). to use an analogy loosely: a couple can be technically married, but to those who are emotionally involved in this marriage (e.g. children, relatives, the spouses themselves), how this relationship is lived out goes beyond just the technicalities. i would expect them, upon foreseeing variables that could strain or threaten the marriage, to step in and do something to keep the relationship strong and prevent it from falling apart. no one waits until after a divorce to start patching up a marriage. neither do i expect ELF to wait until suju is no longer officially 13 before taking action (nor do i expect FLAWLESS to stand around and watch SJM fail before they do something about it).
i'm sorry, i don't think you know me at all enough to determine my detachment from suju. i've been a fan since their debut year, and, naturally, i am
very emotionally attached to them.
the hxc only13 protesters are picking the wrong field to protest. i've said it already but i'll say it again: henry and zhoumi are not part of suju - they are in sjm, and, likely, will not perform w. suju as a whole. if anything, the only13 people should change their name to "onlykorea", 'cause that's what it's all about. whether or not sjm involved the addition of henry and zhoumi, it would still have happened. and protesting this expansion to china would be pointless 'cause when lsm wants money he'll get it.
either way, there is no reason to hurt henry and zhoumi for following their dreams and only13->only5 protesters are only going to make fools of themselves.
yeah i know, i don't blame him for crying or anything
but the thing is, if you look at Donghae at the performances
and monlogues he's trying soooo soooooooooooooooo hard
to keep his tears in, and they don't really 'show' that much
but everyone can see the pain and understands the pain. the
thing is, zhoumi's problem really isn't all that big and especially
for the pro-only5 fans, they will definitely only look at that side
and emphasize Zhoumi's weaknesses~ but you gotta agree
Donghae got it so much harder for him so for him to cry is a
reasonable thing o.o

zhoumi crying and donghae crying are not all that different. donghae's is, obviously, the death of a loved one, and zhoumi is dealing w. what may be the death of a dream. who wouldn't cry if millions of fantards are protesting against your existence?
