Maximum width for banner/image = 400 pixels
Maximum height for banner/image = 175 pixels
The banner's height is 187, which has exceeded 175. U can't really add and take off, and it's actually not logical. The areas are different. even tho the area u chose is actually smaller...orrr maybe because the height is higher,even tho the area of ur BANNER is smaller, more area (of white space) is actually taken on the screen just to fit ur banner..which is why its a problem (and why rules to limit these are made)..now that i've seen the banner, i agree it was kinda extreme to imply that u wanna KILL/HANG them.isn't it worst to express feelings of killing the artist rather than bashing the artist?
