Or I can just wait until move in day...
If you are a freshman, your info should be available by now. Freshmen are supposed to receive a welcome packet during the first week of September, which therein contains their roomate information.
If you are a sophomore and living in a campus apartment, you should have received a welcome packet of a sort in your mail as well. Because I'm not in the country right now, I had to depend on email and finally received a response from Housing today regarding my roomates. If you haven't received any notification whatsoever, I'd say try calling Housing then.

Nah, just use your hand.
But seriously, no. They provide it, although it's kinda rough and like, crappy. Bring your own if you want to have a great experience using the facilities in your dorm.

Depending on your teacher, you may not need the English book. It highly depends on your teacher though, so wait it out.
As for Cultural Anthro, you COULD get away without it; but you'd need to read a friend's. I personally did something like that: I took Bio5A and 5B without a Bio Book, and it was fine. I used a friend's book for studying for midterms and finals.

same question regarding psych2
Psych 2 required a text book, yes. I never bought it though, I just borrowed it from friends time to time...Although it would probably be best if you bought it, if you're interested in the subject that is.
...and I'd imagine most math classes require some sort of text book.

You can always resell them. I suggest using half.com; I got most of my books from that site with the exception of one from Amazon because it was cheaper new.

this is so frustrating cause I know I have 3 classes signed up but my schedule showed me only one class.
What's going on : ( ?
I even e-mailed my adviser but she didn't reply so I tried calling but she didn't pick up or call back.
Does anyone else have this problem or I'm I the only one?

Go on Growl and check how many courses you're listed for.
