Anyways, despite the fact we're getting a tuition increase + teachers are getting less hours and less pay, UCR has decided to outfit Pentland with a gaming computer lounge. Complete with really expensive keyboards and mouses. There's 20 of those computers, and they're pretty nice (I went to the TF2 Lan Party with some friends of mine and we owned everyone. )

Still, I'm pretty weirded out by how UCR can spend money on such things.

Block party was a lot of work at my table lol. Now it is time to party. If you wanted to come, but for some reason didn't ask, we're having another party (like I said already) next thursday.

Enjoy your friday night guys. In time, you may not get to have the potential to have as much fun as you do now in College. Live it up while you can, get smashed, get high, have sex with people you don't know, etc. These years in college will vanish in what may seem like a blink of an eye.

Most likely not at the same place, since the neighbor of that house is a major d*ckhead. The owner of the house you went to and I went over to that neighbor before the party started to let him know before hand that we're having a party. In order to kinda give the party an excuse, we said we're celebrating my 21st birthday lol.

So he claims to be understanding of my birthday party and yet he threatened to call the cops on us wihout warning. We were like "Uh...k". So yeah.

I'll mention the new address when I find out which house we're having it at.

By the way, did you get an EiS flier, Super? If not, I'll give you one on monday during next week...as next week is rush week.

To those who went, hope you guys had fun. Sorry it happened to be somewhat short, we got a lot of threats that cops were coming so we didn't buy more alcohol...if we did then then they would have just been passing out D.U.I's like it's candy. In the previous parties we rarely go dry, so expect the Rush party to be longer lasting.

This class looks at the development of literary craft and narrative strategy in modern non-fiction, roughly from 1910 to 2000. We end at the revolutionary threshold of Web hegemony and the crisis of the print media. Our readings are mostly, but not exclusively by American authors.

anywhere and everywhere... you'll find that the people that have been coming to riverside longer throws the better parties after all the years of experience of partying in riverside. we know our way around police and getting cracked down. lol.

best word of advice is to just open yourself up. esp with your dorm hall; they'll know of parties too.

You won't be dropped but you should make sure to not miss the class anymore, as the first 2 weeks or so of class are absolutely critical.

I missed a lecture last Friday because I accidentally overlooked my schedule and didn't realize the mistake until today.

Luckily, usually the first day of class is nothing very important, if interesting at all. Most professors go over the syllabus and whatnot, usually all of which can be found on iLearn. I do know that math classes, however, get straight to work from Day 1.
