like oranges, orange juice, etc etc
when i get sick, my mom feeds me like, 10 vitamin C pills a day, and im all better in no time

what you do is cook instant mee with lots of vegetables when u r healthy as snacks.
if u r stickk sick (as now?) then i think you have to eat as much green vegeies as you can from the canteen and skip the meat. eat dessert (ice cream is good). if you can cook some rice and take it to the canteen and eat with the food there. make the rice wet like porridge.

Things for me to avoid when Im sick is:
- Fat oily food.
- Stirfried foods.
- Fast foods.

I usually stay away from oily or fatty foods when I'm sick. Also rich foods and heavy sauces.
I think I might actually have a cold coming on right now. Getting sick in the Spring or Summer really sucks!

Why'd you even eat bbq while you were sick? I can barely down anything solid when I'm ill...Like everyone else said, if it is still hard to keep solids down, go for SAFER dairy products like pudding or yogurt. Otherwise, go with the usual hot soup.
