Ok, you know how when you go eat at a Korean restaurant and usually they serve you a little salad along w/ miso soup? It's a simple little garden salad but the dressing is so yummy. It's sorta orangey colored.

Does anyone know how to make it?

i thought the orange dressing they serve at korean places is japanese.

ohh i think you are talking about the ginger dressing. its actually japanese.

this recipe tastes just like what they serve at the japanese restaurants ive tried. i make it quite a bit except instead of the peanut oil, i substitute in about 3tablespoons of sesame oil.
