I've been hearing that if you sleep curled up or on your side you won't grow as tall than sleeping flat on your back. Is this true?

i don't think song
sleeping curl up is called the fetal position, just a prefered way to sleep

and what affects ur growth is the time u sleep and how many hrs u have

IS THAT WHY I'M SO SHORT?
no. actually, i've only heard sleeping on your back can prevent wrinkles or something
or make you look younger.
cause the gravity.
and stuff.

i always sleep on my left side since i was a youngin'. and now, one of my shoulder blades is shaped different. and one side of my lower back has a bit more curve than the other. and i notice when i sit down in a chair, i'll find myself slouching my back to the left side. hopefully, i won't get back problems when i grow older.

I hear that sleeping on your side/stomach is bad for your back or organs.

Best way is sleeping on your back do your organs dont get squishes? I read it in soompi somewhere before.. heh
But yeah it could..
But mostly as in how many hours of sleep you get, what time you sleep... all that stuff.
