soo I made a little.. video slideshow type of thing on the Windows video maker..
and when I tried to upload it on facebook, it said that the file that I had saved it as is invalid for facebook...
and I know I'm being insanely vague about everything, but is there any way I can change the type of gile that I save the video as?
Thanks in advance--
and if it helps, I'll update with specifics.. I'm just at the library right now and am unable to obtain anything because everything's saved on my laptop~

Can't help you there but, this should be in the *pinned* troubleshooting help section. A Mod. should be moving it soon.

How big is the file? Does it play on your computer in windows media player?
I want to make sure you have exported the video file properly first into a WMV. Normally the file size is a bit large.
If it does play and you have a big WMV file I have to ask what you're trying to do?
Is it like the facebook video app? Are you trying to embed a youtube video or something?... im not sure why a WMV wouldn't be accepted...

the video file is 1.33 MB
and yeah~ i made the video slide show on my computer- so i can watch it from my computer
it is a .MSWMM file.. (windows movie maker project)
youtube doesn't accept this type of file either..
so i was wondering how i could change it to a WMV file...
but no- that's what i'm saying- it's not a WMV file.. and i need to change it to a WMV file from a MSWMM file, but didn't know how.. so i was wondering how to do so..
but yes- i'm using the facebook video app...
i hope this all made sense???
thanks a bunch

Yeah, you would want to publish your movie before trying to do anything else with it.
It's like making a picture in photoshop, and trying to show people the picture as a psd file. You have to save it for regular use before it works.
