I've been having trouble choosing my boyfriend a phone..
my budget's $200, and they both cost $200..
they both seem good.. and now i'm stuck in contemplation lol
i've even compared them on the sony website

they're pretty much the same it just goes to the design you want. in early productions the s500 had keypads that easily cracked im not so sure about the generation now, but it shouldnt. there's also the w580i, which could go in the same type of phone you'd like. if your willing to spend a little more you could get something with 3.2 mpx or even 5mp.

where are you planning to buy your phones... $200 for an S500 is ridiculously cheap.... so if you can get it for 200 without a plan, then get it.

i have the K550i . its a pretty nice phone. i like it. the camera isn't that great for a cybershot phone though since its low budget. the keys are small so it might take a while to get used to..

I had the s500i and i thought it was a pretty nice phone. i liked the everchanging theme that it had as well as the light effects... the sound on the phone is ok, but the camera isn't that great.

actually it's now $169 lol.
even though it's newer than the k500i, the k500's still $199
well thanks guys..
i think I'm gonna be getting the s500i.. since mnguyen725 said it looks good.. and my boyfriend goes for looks when it comes to phone

I have the k550i right now. And I love my phhone to death but for some reason, the darn thing scratches so easily. Even when I drop it on the carpet floor, it still makes a scratch on my phone. It drives me nuts. >_<

i have the s500i and i LOVE IT!!! it takes amazing pics that are soo clear and it can do everything. i love it. u should get it. iyea, i was really hesitating as to whether or not to get it because of the keyboard reviews adn stuff, but i love it. i havent had any problems with it yet soo lets hope it stays that way.
