Aww, good luck! Medill is really hard to get into, but you can do it!
My stats... uh haha. I was pretty surprised I got in. I'll just give you SAT and GPA?

- SAT I: 2120 (620 in writing. LOL)
- SAT II: 770 Math 2C, 640 Bio M (yeah. :/)
- GPA: 3.8UW, 4.2ishW
I'm an Asian female at a very competitive high school in CA.

That's really good! Yeah my school's really competitive, too. Two people got into harvard and about 4 got into MIT? Eek..i know :X

we have two seniors in my school who got into the 7 year med program at northwestern (which only 30 people in the country get accepted to)
im not really intersted in northwestern personally though..

Congrats :] A lot of my buddies are going there, but it wasnt the type of school for me.

and LOL - for you if you're not used to chicago weather. prepare yourself and always
bring a coupla hoodies and a good jacket.

I've never really noticed it being 'biting' cold (but it takes a lot for me to be cold in the first place)
. . . snow seasons a little dangerous at times,
but yeahhh... you'll have a lot of fun i think =]

the summers are pretty warm though.
