What Do U Do To Keep From Eating Too Much? you know....how do you keep from over-eating?...

haha kinda ironic ii posted this under the food section......but you know those days when you just get the munchies and you just wanna well....MUNCH on stuff uncontrollaby??? yea i know you do ! anyways what do you do to keep from eating too much and racking up those calories.....? tell me ur secrets !!!! haha laugh.gif

drink water
but you can munch on healthier snacks like nuts and celery sticks, fruit, and whatnot

Look at how hard I've worked to get my body to the shape it is in today.
Although, I still admittedly overeat lol...I just exercise more to balance things out.

eat low-cal fibrous stuff.

I find that salad fills me up. Or apples. And drink after every bite.

There are some things that I measure before I eat. I pour out a certain number of cookies, chocolate almonds etc.

I drink a glass of water before and after each meal.

Also, I eat less for dinner because I usually have a bowl of fruit afterwards.

But yeahh, pile on the vegetables. biggrin.gif

Eat fruit whenever you feel like eating something sweet, drink water before and after the meal, brush your teeth right after you finished eating.

Drink anything that has some form of sugar content, aka juice, soda, vitamin water, gatorade.

This keeps your body running AND it will make you less hungry.

Plain water just doesn't work for me and gum makes me even more hungry because of the excess saliva that is produced.

I usually drink a lot of water before eating. When I'm eating, I'll eat things that are really filling and starchy, like rice.

i am familiar with your condition

it happens to me if i do not do regular exercise. so i basically go and exercise when this happens.

i am not sure if that will work for girls though. also, girls may be have a different metabolic cycle. maybe its just your growing body that needs the food?

I always just down glasses of water to get me "feeling" bloated. Once I'm full, I just forget about food.

i just stand in front of the bathroom mirror and look at my stomach as it creeps further past my pant line
then i instantly stop myself from snacking too much
