You know ice kachang and Taiwanese shaved ice?

Well if you can make these at home what ice shaving machine do you use?

the one i saw only jmade chunky ice which is bad.. it needs to be nice snowy ice...

(btw - i dont know what taiwanese shaved ice is... if someone can posta pic..)

Taiwanese shaved ice

these things are delicious
they usually have fruits, jellies, tapioca balls, peanuts and more drizzled with syrup on ice
they have this giant machine and they use a big block of ice and shreds it
I want one now

street venders sell these in the summer time everywhere

well for patbingsoo i just use a regular ice machine. honestly i think anything is good. i don't know where you live but if theres like a korean applicance store you should go there. it's manual though. and this is not for snow cone type of ice its an actual ice shaver. so yeah. mine's pretty old but works well!
