I go 'yep' a lot in person or on the phone.
And 'lalala' a lot on msn or anywhere online.
So once again, the question is;
What do you do when you don't have anything to say?

if i wanna keep talking to them i usually say something like
"..sooo, what are you doing?"

and then it'll lead into further conversation.

if i'm okay with ending the conversation i usually say
"well yeah, i'll ttyl though."

Online:
*closes the msn screen*
when i have to go off the net, then i click back into the person and type 'g2g. bye'

ive pretty muchgiven up trying to find something to talk about
so i just sit there in silence, or i'll hum something, and wait for the other person to say something

if its online, its easier to just let the screen sit there
