I don't know if this has been posted before; but my hair's always been slow at growing.
It's now right above the boobs (the longest it's been was right below the boobs then the
stupid japanese hairdresser cut it right below my shoulders dry.gif) it's been about a year
since that hair cut and it's grown like 1 1/2 - 2 inches MAX, & I haven't gotten more than
2 haircuts since then .... what can I do??

That's the thing, I don't eat sweets a lot, like no chips/cake ect ... & I love foods
such as salad & vegetables ... hmmm

It's frustrating since my sister who eats junk all the time is more toned than me (she doesn't work out either)
& her hair is perfectly straight and grows like a weed).

Thanks for the tip though!!

lol..hmm. well honestly, i thought the exact same thing as youu, until one day i really noticed my hair growth.
I think its because i see my own reflection/hair in the mirror everydayyy so i never really noticed it growing day by dayyy til after awhile it just really shows.

gahh. bottom line, i can't help you out for your hair to grow faster because i don't really think you can do that but there was my input anyway?? =/

Woah I just looked that shampoo up, I want to try it. I hope it smells nice and voluminous &
leaves shine too though, I was going to get John Freida Brilliant Brunette ... but I might get
this one instead ^^

Hey ^^;

I have pretty fast growing hair.. I got my hair dyed darkish red like 2 weeks away.. and my hair as already grown like a centimeter.. (i can tell because when I look at my roots I can see my natural color coming already! UGH!!)
I don't know really why my hair grows really fast o_o but I used 2 shampoos.. I alternate between the two so my hair doesn't "get used to" 1 shampoo and start not looking as nice.. I used Pert Plus and also Mane N' Tail shampoo. As far as I know mane n tail makes your hair stronger and healthier with a very nice shine.. and pert plus really cleans your hair so it has no residue.. But as for my conditioner I used a korean brand called.. "The Man Holding Flower" but in korean.. it's a yellow bottle's korean hair pack thingy that keeps your hair really healthy ^^;

I hope that helped. ^^

Use horse shampoo o^_^o. Supposedly it makes your hair very thick, shiny, and promotes growth. My friend uses it and her hair is amazing O_O - looks just like a shiny horse-tail when she puts it up.

Horse shampoo is very good for human hair, and its relatively cheap (another bonus).

Massage your head alot while taking a shower.. Like when you shampoo, massage alot! It'll increase blood circulation which will help your hair grow faster.
When I fall in love it will be forever, or I’ll never fall in love.

^ Massaging your scalp such as when you're showering or combing your hair will increase blood circulation. Also, i've noticed that my hair grows much faster during the summer than in the winter. This is most likely because of the difference in humidity. I suppose excercise will warm up your scalp and increase hair growth too then.
I hope this helps.

apparently if you get it trimmed every once in a while, it grows a lot faster. not trimmed too much, just like 1/2 an inch.

vitamins!
such an easy answer!

massaging your head might work? but it just helps the sensitivity of your head more than growing hair. growing process depends on your body.

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!!
my hair grows so slow! i've been trying to get hair past my boobs. and it's been like 2 years. from neck length from two years ago till now at boobs... it was a hard and painful journey to get it there. sleep.gif"" hahahaaa. i have trimmed it like three times tho. so that did take away like 2-3 inches. its cool.

i know what you mean. My sis eats all this junk and she doesn't gain a pound. =/ jeez what a fast metabolism..
but her hair is the same as mine =) if you tie your hair up a lot, it grows faster. it worked for me.

my mom told me to eat a lot of proteins but i think she only said this to make me eat healthy dry.gif
i suggest you brush your hair constantly, eat healthy foods, and massage your hair when you shower like what others said

well, you can't actually make your hair grow faster cause the speed varies between everyone.
