Like, I wash it every single day, but even if I just touch my bangs, they get all clumpy and greasy.
It's really gross.
My hairdresser guy says I need to use a different type of shampoo ...
HELP ?! PLEEASE?!

oo well i used to wash it every other day, but that would mean it was greasy one day, and then fairly dry the other...etc.
and i don't use conditioner,
and i flip my hair now, as odd as that sounds.

You can also use baking soda. I just prefer using baby powder. Once a week, you can try a vinegar rinse. What kind of shampoo do you use btw?

Maybe it's your skin. I have really oily skin and that's why my hair gets the same way. Maybe keep your hair out the way?
Or it could be the products you're using. They might not work for you.
I actually don't know how to help your oily hair. I just wanted to say that it might not be bad that you're washing it everyday. Different people have different needs.

But on the weekends, give your hair a break and don't wash it on a Sat. or Sun.
You can also use dry shampoo. It's in a can when you don't have time to wash it, it works.
And you can also rub a bit of toner (no alcohol in it) on a cotton ball and run it top of your head, where the greasiness is.
Alcohol dries things, so, your head will produce even MORE oil.
And for your bangs, could it be your skin? If you have oily skin, use oil blotters throughout the day so that the oil doesn't get on your bangs.

+ do you use a lot of products?
i wash mine everyday too, just because i don't like even the slightest bit of greasiness (:

although i don't think that's a huge part of it. perhaps look at your family genetics too, some people just have naturally oiley hair. then your hairdresser would be right and you need new shampoo.

You're probably not born with greasy oily hair, lucky you.
Hairstyles turn out better for people like that, most of the time.

It works really well!
my hair got really oily one day so I tried shampooing every other day
then, it didn't work so I bought Selsun Blue (i know it's usually for dandruff hair but i just gave it a try)
the next day, my hair stopped being so oily!
Seriously, it was all gone and my hair became really healthy after a while
now, I still use it every other day and I love it
If i seem to have a little bit of oily hair, I just wash my hair with that, and it's all gone
Also, DON'T use conditioner!
conditioner isn't good for your hair, especially if you have really oily hair

because its trying to replace the oil that you have washed out. lol
When I dyed my hair, it got less oily(obviously).
There are some shampoos that tacle oily hair. I think there is one from Head & Shoulders

Use hairspray with alchol in it.
Just spray the roots.
Don't touch your hair though. It'll make the spray flake.
