I have the SH703 phone, and all I can do is cut MMF ringtones. But you can barely hear it. My cousin was able to use an mp4 ringtone once but he won't tell me how and now i'm back in Canada. Does anyone know how to do so? Thanks.

Try wave sound decorator.
I use that to convert my files into MMF and it worked quite good for me. Quality was pretty good too.
If you've tried that, MP4 converter like Gom Encoder is good too ^^~!
