hi guys.. okie need help.. for all you chefs out there,.

umm.. i made this sauce,, but the taste of onion is too strong.. is there something i cut put in to get rid of its strong taste and after taste.. like a liquid.. or anything..

lets see the sauce is suppose to be a ginger dressing.. it has olive oil lemon and orange juices and ginger and celery carrots etc.... and yea it has this orangish color to it..

if any of you went to YOO CHUN CHIK NYANG MYUN.. and the salad they give out yea its that sauce..

so if any chefs out there would like to give me some help i would be so grateful!!
