n hey theres a way to block the 30 min thing n u can vote nonstop..
here is it...

How to vote without having to wait 30 minutes.
Copy the link above and go to the following option by
clicking from your browser menu Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Sites
and place the copied link into > Address of Web site, press "Block"
then press OK.

And now you can vote as much as you want!:)
