Help please I have just tried to turn on and off the computer many times but it doesn't work at all but my laptop is OK. It can connect Internet through wireless router. Also the screen appears and says something like spyware is detected in my computer. Is it a factor to make my internet not work?
I'm really helpless right now.

You might have spyware... most programs don't warn you about spyware automatically unless you have like Adaware or Spybot... or some sort of dedicated anti-spyware program running.

Do a system restore: Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore and just restore it to a previous time.

Does your computer connect with wired or wireless?
Either way, turn everything off and unplug the modem and router. Then plug them back in. Just reset everything and see if things work again. Otherwise if its wireless, you might have to delete the profile then re-create it. As in scan and make a new profile.

After you're back online... install Adaware and do a scan to see if you have any spyware remaining just in case.

I installed the Norton 360 and was scanning any viruses and spyware but after scanning, the blue screen still shows up like my PC has detected spyware. I really don't get it and Internet still doesn't work at all. The computer icon has a yellow triangle and a exclamation mark inside it. It shows my Internet limited or no connectivity. Absolutely not. My laptop works fine but the PC still has the problem.
Can somebody help me please?
