I think you missed the whole point.

He's a troll. They purposefully try to rile you up so that A)they can get a few laughs, B) they teach you how to ignore certain people and get on with your life ("Internet is Serious Business.")
He's basically presenting a hyper-exaggerated version of himself for laughs.
