I played soccer in high school.....which was like 8 years ago and am now playing Futsal

The question i have to ask is if the goal keeper has one hand on the ball, can you knock it out?
I remeber seeing a video in school about it, telling our keeper to always have two hands on the ball

Anyone know where i can find this video....before i start doing it in a game?
It was an actual game and it was allowed but that was 8 years ago so i'm not to sure now

yeah u can knock out the ball if ur holding it one handed..

Yeah, unless I misunderstood the question. But you can intercept the ball after the GK kicks it. Other wise its a obstruction foul and a yellow card (normally). Unless you do what Theirry Henry did and got the ball before the GK kicked it.
