Ah My Ipod Froze? i don't get it!!

so, i plugged my iPod into my computer and opened iTunes. but then my iPod just froze!! and it didn't hook up to iTunes and now it's just on the same screen it has been on for the last like five minutes... and i can't do anything cause it's.... frozen... is there something i can do?! wacko.gif wacko.gif wacko.gif what is going on?!

Just hold down the menu and center buttons at the same time...
