anyway.. i want to start losing weight... ive tried losing weight before but i suck at motivating myself.. hk guys really arent that attractive.. haha
and i suck at sports so i naturally hate them... i ahve a treadmill at home.. but i cant seem to amke myself run.. even tied running wiht music or a movie..
makes time seem to pass even slower.. and i end up walking..
i dont havemuch time since exams are coming up so i prefer fast things like puchups and cunches.. but will they no work since its not really cardio?
also i have trouble controlling my food cravings.. i never feel full even though im never really hungry.. and i just keep on puting food into my mouth from morning till i sleep at night... i think its cause i need to be chewing on something constantly but i hate gum..
i want slimmer thighs, waist, and arms... im 5"1.5 and 110-120lbs? (not sure.. havent weighed myself in awhile.. my mom doesnt believe in scales.. thinks they cause anorexia... haha maybe thats why i binge eat.. haha)
any tips for any of my problems? heheh thanks

cardio is the best for losing fat~
on my threadmill, there is a "cardio" setting. see if yours have it.
put on some upbeat music. big bang rocks.XD
&& this might sound a little morbid.
but i put a rubber band on my wrist and flick it hard everytime i wanna eat something "fat".
it hurts like hell, but you won't want to eat after that.XD
hope that helps~

i think you are looking for too many things to try to get you to excersize.
even though u suck at sports, doesn't mean you can't excersize. it's all about building endurance and that does NOT come overnight or after one time of working out. So yeah of course you'll lose faith because you want to see fast results, but you need to be patient.
Just think about prom and how you want to be thinner or more toned. I use to think of alot of things to make myself go to the gym, but when i don't have one and when i don't feel like going i don't go. that's not a good habit to keep. So now, even when i don't feel like going to the gym and how "wanting to be thinner and wear nicer clothes" still doesn't get me to go, i GO anyways. no more questioning myself i just GO. once u get to the gym, keep pushing yourself, you know it's good for you and you know it's going to get to your goal.
don't let procrastination and don't let impatience take away that chance and those resources that you have to work it off
for eating... that's harder, you really need self control, small portions with alot of meals throughout the day is better than large portions with small amount of meals or even large portion of food and large amounts of meals each day... those a both nooo goood!!! i usually eat before 7pm. and no carbs for dinner, that helps ALOT.

HK guys can be attractive, it's just the matter of if you tried to look attractive or not
eat REGULARLY, don't crave for food!
and drink lots of water, big gulps
you can't suck at all sports, you've got to be able to do something.

I don't like excersizing either, but little things such as calorie counting (1200ish per day) and short workouts will help.
I'm assuming you live in HK, so how about getting off the bus a stop earlier and walking, or walk to school? Go skating with friends...
Have you tried the 8 minute abs workout?
http://youtube.com/watch?v=sWjTnBmCHTY
Its only 8 minute everyday
*cough the most attractive (and toned) guys usually hang out at the basketball courts cough*
Also, yoga can help...
there is a thread here somewhere on soompi about ock ju hyun's yoga which can help a lot with toning the legs
Lets keep each other motivated AJA! Add Oil!
LOL let me show you something I made to keep me motivated.

Might be a bit disturbing rofl but it helps.

make it your second home...you will not be disappointed!
I agree..the HOTTEST guys are in the Gym playing Ball...and I swear they are HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT
it keeps me motivate to keep going and...going..and going...until I accidentally * cough cough* trip...and one of them helps me up * let the heavy sweaty flirtation begin
I actually tried it once....and me and the guy dated for almost 8 months..and he was my workout mate so I lost alot of weight * sigh* I miss him..working out will never be the same without him

Lately, I've been running on my treadmill for 30 minutes (I have to change that to 40 now..)
i read somewhere you should excerise for at least for 45 minutes.
So anyways when I run on my treadmill I blast my music (Ipod) and close my eyes,
I noticed that once I started doing that and just let my mind drift to the music and let my body move
the time actually flew by really quick
I recommend not looking at the clock when you're excerising because that's what you'll think about
and yeah, and i've been eating salads for my meals and water (don't ONLY drink water because it cleans all the toxins in your body
but you need SOME so sport drinks every once and awhile)
LOL , DDR and swimming is good too (then again all sports are!)
that's all I can recommend for now.
Good LUCK!
(I'm trying to lose weight too!..up to like 35 pounds..lol which isn't that bad if you know how much I weighed)

Just eating low calorie food is not enough.
So try to do sports regularly and reduce the number of the calories you usually eat.
Just think about those stars and their fit and great body (: And think 'I could look like her too one day...'
y todos vamos por ellos

Now that you have chosen heres a site where you write down your weight, age, height, and how many times you exercise per week. In the bottom below will show you how much calories your suppose to intake to maintain, lose weight, extreme lose weight. From there you choose either lose weight or extreme lose weight.
http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
2nd: Decide on what kind of ratio you want to intake your calories. theres a list in the bottom on what kind of style you want to intake: Moderate, Moderate II, Low Carb etc. You choose whichever it is right for you. For me i'm in a cycle of low/medium/high carb cycle. Which basically means, 5 days i'm on low carb 40:40:20 (carb: protein: fats) and 1 day medium carb (45:40:15) and another day for high carb intake (55:30:15). I try to cycle so my metabolism can challenge itself and not think its on starvation mode for too long. Also you should have 1 cheat meal a week so again your metabolism will fight through and increase the metabolic rate
http://www.freedieting.com/tools/nutrient_...r.htm?cals=2440
3rd: Fitday.com. Its a great site where you write down your daily intake of calories you consume and in the right top corner shows you the ratio percentage. You will need to start reading labels, looking through variety foods to check if they are good for you. If it takes for you to MAKE YOUR OWN FOOD THEN DO IT! Remember this is your self will if you want to lose weight.
4th: Food. Take all your useless junk food, sweets, all those nasty stuff out of your life. Remember this is your sacrifice, but with your 1 cheat meal you can eat whatever you want including sweets. Make sure you do your intake on fruits, veggies, whole grains (whole grain bread, brown rice etc. you do the research) don't even eat bleach, unbleach, white rice etc (these are considered dirty). Make sure you intake on your chicken and turkey. Try to stay away from beef, but you can't resist just eat a little bit.
5th: last Exercise
you have to exercise.you have to exercise.you have to exercise.you have to exercise. and i repeat.....
you have to exercise.
if you feel bored running on trendmill (i know i do) take a cardio kickboxing, cycling, aerobics (sp?) any time in your gym class. If not, either you try to apply for a gym membership or you off to just buying those home video workout videos.
do 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps of 2 bodyworkout 2-3x times a week including abs. If you don't have the muscles then you wont use those to burn off the fat. DON'T WORRY you WON'T BULK up
I know theres more, but this is just what i "summarize" for you. Also check on this 8 slim week workout which helps a lot and what i did to lose weight. i'm still on my cycle and will be for about 8 weeks only. Doing cycles are bad for you and shouldn't be used in a long run.

good luck.

The Complete Burn helps you surpress your appetite, provides you w/ long natural energy, help w/ stress, balance mood, Increase metabolism & etc.
Since the MRP has only 140 calories but has all the nutrients you need and it keeps you full for 4-6 hours-it helps you from endulging extra calories like we all are guilty of!
ex: this is a very conservative measurement. (i know I eat like 800-1000 calories per sitting xD)
Regular Daily Meals
Breakfast-600 Calories
Lunch-600 Calories
Dinner-600 Calories
Total Calories=1800 calories
w/ the MRP
Breakfast-MRP 140 calories
Lunch-your own choice-600 caloies
Dinner- MRP 140 calories
Total Calories=880 calories
so that's like a 1000 less calories then what she usually eat a day. so she would lose some extra pounds anyways w/out excercise. but since you wanna lose weight fast you should do at least 15 min jogging a day or 30 mins power walk. She's been taking these supplements for about 2 weeks and she was able to shed about 10 pounds. She says that the MRP shake is a lot tastier then all the stuff out there (slim fast, muscle milk, etc) because the protien is wrapped around 7 layers of vanilla/chocolate. And plus all the stuff has all the vitamins & nutrients you need AND it is all NATURAL.
I ordered mines a couple of days ago and its coming in today~ ^D^
