Moon Ji Eun, to debut on the 10th

On April 10, after 5 years of preparations, new singer Moon Ji Eun is ready to enter the music scene and release a mini album and be lined-up with the likes of Lee Hyo Ri and IVY.

To build up interest on Moon Ji Eun, teaser posters were posted in Apkujeong and Hongdae last weekend, which created a lot of interests from Netizens, who commented that the soon-to-debut singer is “like actress Jun Ji Hyun.” Moon Ji Eun is said to have the full support of Wheesung and Eun Ji Won, which in turn is creating even more attention on her.

Because of the attention Moon Ji Eun is getting, her agency, Starship Entertainment, commented that it did not expect this big reaction and that Moon Ji Eun is currently preparing for her debut stage on the 10th.

Eun Ji Won not only did the rap featuring in Moon Ji Eun’s mini album title song called “Fox” but also appeared in its music video. Aside from being under the same label, Eun Ji Won and Moon Ji Eun share a 6-year friendship.

According to Starship Entertainment, both singers’ label, Eun Ji Won, although he has a busy schedule, wanted to show his support to his junior by also participating in her music video.

Meanwhile, Moon Ji Eun’s debut song “Fox” is scheduled to be released in online music sites starting April 10.

i expected a lot from the song since wheesung took part in producing it.
like someone mentioned on youtube, some parts are reminiscent of sonata of temptation

Really? I seem to enjoy how she looks in the mv more than she does in the picture. But I agree that there are times when the song sounds like Sonata of Temptation, though I've grown to dislike that song.

The other songs on the single are quite nice. 몰라 몰라 is a dark dance track (though I prefer the remix) while I Do is a pretty wicked R&B track, though her vocals are somewhat distorted.

Haha, I thought her songs pretty sound much alike Lee Hyro iand Ivy's as well. Don't remember the tune quite well, but I think it sounds pretty much like Ivy's "Cupido".

Oh, and she first appeared in Eun Ji Won's MV back in 2003.

Moon Ji Eun models for “KISS REPUBLIC”

In only after a month since her debut, rookie singer Moon Ji Eun has already landed an endorsement deal with underwear brand “KISS REPUBLIC/Mcorset” and also finished shooting an advertisement for it.

The shoot had three concepts that showed her in cute, sexy and naive poses. Although the shoot lasted for 10 hours, Moon Ji Eun managed to deliver her best.

According to Baek Eun Suk of Awesome advertising agency, Moon Ji Eun was deemed fit to become the model of “KISS REPUBLIC” because of he sexy body and cute face and she lives up to the brand’s image. Baek also added that as she is new to modeling, she was able to do various natural poses and expressions.

Sexy singer, Moon Ji Eun, will be making a comeback with a new single album set to release on the 7th. This will be her first comeback in 2 years and 4 months and she is said to be working with producer Bang Shi Hyuk.

When Moon Ji Eun debuted in 2008 with her album, “Vivid,” she received the song “I Don’t Know,” as a gift from Bang Shi Hyuk. Moon Ji Eun says that she’s been studying music techniques and know-hows, to sing with emotion, through the help of Bang Shi Hyuk.

The title track for her comeback went through a strenuous ten rounds of recordings in order to perfect it. And although Moon Ji Eun teared up during the process, she and Bang Shi Hyuk couldn’t help but feel a sense of joy after hearing the final product.

A representative of her agency revealed, “We’re anticipating a lot of things with her comeback since she’s working with hitmaker Bang Shi Hyuk. During her Fox promotions, she received the support of Eun Jiwon’s featuring but having Bang Shi Hyuk as her producer this time gives us a sense of reassurance.”

The teaser for her new title track is set to be released on the 6th.
