i'd personally jog.. watch the birds fly by... say hi to people
jumping roping ?... staying in 1 place over and over lol.. not for me hhahaa

but if you don't have a place to jog then do jumping rope instead.

However, I believe both are as good as each other and the are a form of exercise, it wouldn't hurt to try both and see which one you feel most comfortable with

it is definitely one of theeee most powerful forms of cardio.
jump rope vs jogging: jump roping is better for losing fat, fast. why? it is extremely hard to jump continuously for 30 min, gosh i find it hard to even go straight for 2 minutes. and by jump roping your heart gets realllyyy pumped up. both are good though, so switch off and switch up. good luck :)don't forget to stretch.

But personally I run. Last time I jumped rope I caught a huge cramp and knocked into a wall ahahaha. I stretched before hand too! I could only do it for maybe 5 min at a time at best.
