Feeling Sad All The Time?

i like gettt sad really easily these days.... is it stress??? i mean i don't think it's depression but everything is normal and suddenly like i feel all worried, sad and piss. did you ever have this feeling before???

how old are you, dude? it may be hormones/ weather. xD don't worry you'll be fine. watch something stupid and after you laugh it out, everything will be alright =)

i get that way sometimes too.
it's probably stress, or it really might be depression.
if it keeps up i think you should talk to a doctor or someone :x

This happens to me all the time... but it's cus i'm depressed. haha... =/ I think when i get sad for no reason, weather is part of the reason, but ti's becuase i worry about everything, too... and i get mad really easily... about a lot of unnecissary sh!t....

Well if you say you're sad, it'll make it worse.
Just find something you like and put your feelings into it. Usually that sadness will blow away.

Swimming REALLY helps. It releases this natural chemical in the body to remove stress and sad feelings.
When I was depressed, I swam and felt refreshed.

But yeah I often feel worthless so I feel depressed.
I thought it would have been easier for me to just be hit by a car and die sleep.gif but yeah I lived through it.

Errrgh I felt this too and I know it WASN'T depression. I think it is caused by all the stress because when I was feeling this way, a LOT of stuff was happening and I couldn't really "take it anymore" so I just got really sad and like anti-social for a while >< I'm feeling better now because I'm trying to not think about it as much even though nothing has changed ... but I don't feel as bad anymore ><

Yes. I totally understand that feeling.
Its weird because sometimes I'd just be pissed off or sad over something small or nothing at all O___O
I think it may be stress .

I had this feeling too and still have it.
But, I am getting better now.
Last time, I used to cry and lock up in my room.
I will think of suicide.

One way to get yourself out of this bad feeling:
-talk to someone you are close with (eg. Family or friends)

Dont care about why you are being sad.
Just care about "what I will do to feel better".

Just look to the positive

^yeah, i agree. Look on the positive side, not the negative side.

You need to talk to someone who you trust the most. Talk to someone who truly cares for you and understands you. Talk to someone who is not judgemental or tells you that it is a "mental illness," which it is not.

i feel like this all the time.
i got stressed out by every little thing.
but im trying to live through it..and it's not as bad as before.
