it's probably stress, or it really might be depression.
if it keeps up i think you should talk to a doctor or someone :x

Just find something you like and put your feelings into it. Usually that sadness will blow away.
Swimming REALLY helps. It releases this natural chemical in the body to remove stress and sad feelings.
When I was depressed, I swam and felt refreshed.
But yeah I often feel worthless so I feel depressed.
I thought it would have been easier for me to just be hit by a car and die

Its weird because sometimes I'd just be pissed off or sad over something small or nothing at all O___O

But, I am getting better now.
Last time, I used to cry and lock up in my room.
I will think of suicide.
One way to get yourself out of this bad feeling:
-talk to someone you are close with (eg. Family or friends)
Dont care about why you are being sad.
Just care about "what I will do to feel better".
Just look to the positive

You need to talk to someone who you trust the most. Talk to someone who truly cares for you and understands you. Talk to someone who is not judgemental or tells you that it is a "mental illness," which it is not.

i got stressed out by every little thing.
but im trying to live through it..and it's not as bad as before.
