Agedashi tofu - deep fried tofu

Bara Sushi - mixed sashimi on rice

Edemame Beans - boiled green soy bean

Tempura - we all know what this is

Onigiri - rice ball.. very nice fried on a pan with miso paste!

Natto - fermented beans! very sticky and SMELLY! lol

Takoyaki - squid balls..

Okonomiyaki - savoury pancake

Hon dashi makes everything taste nice.. it's fish stock like myolchi dashida.. but it tastes different cos its bonito.

sashimi, sushi, tempura (I love any seafood tempura) and rice omelette - are my faves but I don't think there is any J-food that I'd say no to.
I thought onigiri in Korea tasted much better than the ones in Japan. Kimchi really makes a difference.
