Currently I am 5 feet 2 inches at about 185 pounds. I'm obese sad to say. I am willing to admit it (probably because i'm hiding behind my sister's account). Reading posts on soompi make me sad because it seems like most of the people on soompi are less than 120 lbs.
I have constantly gained and lost weight. I'm hoping I will be able to lose for good now.
I'm losing 20 pounds in 2 months for my graduation. My parents promised to buy me a new dream car AND pay for 1/2 my college funds (i was supposed to work and pay for it all) if i lose the 20 pounds..
So here I go. Starting April 16 and ending June 16... I WILL TRY MY BEST TO LOSE 20 POUNDS.
Trust me it's going to be hard. I'll do DAILY posts of what I eat & how I excercise.
& do weekly updates of my weight.
I'm an extremely unhealthy eater. I eat chips almost everyday with soda. I eat fast food everyday. It's horrible. So now i'm going to work extremely hard to become healthIER.
Usually when people lose weight, they eat EXTREMELY healthy. Well trust me this isn't going to be like that. Of course i'll cut the junk food & soda. But i'll probably end up eating some fast food. I hope not but that's how my life is.. haha.
I have lost about 20 pounds in the summer but I gained it all back during school. I'm pretty good with the excercising but its the foodddd thats the issue.
& trust me I WILL NOT STOP THIS TIME!! haha. i guess stress really makes me eat. but my MAIN goal is to lose 60 pounds in at least a year.

Dinner -- A whopper. (im embarassed.. but no fries & soda for once)
*note I HAVENT STARTED MY DIET.. so this is seriously what I eat almost everyday.. thats why i'm OBESE*
excercise-- none .. i promise i'll start tommorow!
