I'm looking into buying a SLR cam and I narrowed down my choices between these two cameras, which one would be better as a starting camera? (Because this would be my first slr cam hehehe tongue.gif) Any pros and cons for the cameras? Or any advices which one to get? Thanks guys!:D

Perhaps its the tempting prices, I have seen things where people have gotten the xti for like $375... or a preference for CF cards assuming they have a small pile of CF cards/ Micro Drives.

The xsi sure does sound nice with the live view (really makes xti sound sad if it doesnt live view O_o) and SD cards are so much more modern these days!
