I'm planning on applying at Cheescake Factory and i was curious on how the interview process goes..
and have a few questions smile.gif

Has anyone ever been interviewed by Cheesecake ? How are the interview process ? Group or individual?
Once hired, how are the wages and tips ( as a server )?

Also on the application form it asks " What training responsibilties did you have? " What is that supposed to mean?

How is it there ?
