I am NOT passing motion consistently. It can go up to days and i am aware that this is totally unhealthy.
I take reasonable amount of vegetables everyday, but it just won't come.
Abdomen is so distended and i feel bloated all the time.
Any help? or any homemade remedy that works?
sorry if topic is posted before. but this is urgent.

i started eating Fiber One cereal every morning and eating a large spinach salad for lunch and that has pretty much solved my problem. for a last minute solution, i drink a laxative tea and that pretty much gets me going within 12hrs.

dont go overboard with the laxative tea and only take it when you need it b/c it can cause problems in the long run when abused.

i'm not on laxatives yet so far, trying to go the natural way.
well i take cereal in the morning, and a serving of veg for lunch as well, it's quite alot, but still, ya know.
i should go get more bulky fruits like papayas i guess.
Sigh it's simply horrid to know that your gut is filled with junks junks junks.
Sometimes for a period of time my bowel habit will be consistent, like daily. But sometimes it just won't come.
And looking at your diet tracker loox like you've been working very hard and doing well, congratS! i ought to lose another 20lbs too this coming months. are you on dailyplate by any chance? how long have you started btw?

i really recommend the cereal and spinach combination b/c it pretty much took 2days of that diet before i started pooping everyday. and my poop was even green from the spinach so i know it was the spinach that was helping me so much.
just remember to eat a lot of fiber and if you really cant get that fiber thru foods then you can try Benefiber which is a tasteless/colorless fiber supplement. i always keep a box of laxative tea on hand just for the occasional times when i need extra help.

Increase fluids
Increase exercise
Maybe your veggies don't have a lot of fiber
Expand your fiber intake from more sources, eat 100% whole grain bread, apples (with the peel), oranges + tangerines, carrots, boiled greens. Those are my personal favorite sources for fiber

Try Activia, the yogurt =) It works!
Don't eat laxatives, it'll just make your pooping habits more irregular, because it's FORCING your body to poop, not letting it naturally come out. Haha sorry if that was kind of gross.

1) make sure you exercise and exercise hard -- burning the sweat flushes the toxins out of your system and forces your bowels to get into motion. when i say hard i mean hard enough to burn inside.
2) yes eat a lot of vegetables but her eis something more important: when you eat make sure for EACH meal you have a balance of rice, meat and vegtable on each plate and on each SPOONFUL. Chew properly so that the entire thing becomes mixed up in your mouth. when you choose how you fill your SPOON pick carefully from a bit of rice a bit of meat and a bit of vegetable. At least make sure each mouthful has a mix of the three so that when it goes into your bowels it goes in as a good healthy mix. there is no use bunching up platefuls of meat and vegie in lumps. it will just get constipated.
at the end have fruit and drink sour tasting orange juice with lots of pulp. orange juice will help digestion. dont get the cheap orange juice that is useless. get BERRI.

If you're still constipated, consult your doctor. It doesn't hurt to seek professional help. ^^

LOL thats funny, is the tuscani pasta bad?
I agree with everything everyone said. I would consult a doctor, because there might be more to it. If you eat all the veggy and drink all the water u are suppose to drink and eat and dont see result, yeah i would consult a doctor for sure.
GOOD LUCK~
