Okay, I have what I think is a really weird problem. Everyday I have this like, extreme craving for sugar. I don't mean just like sugary snacks I mean like pure sugar. It's really weird, I will literally get up in the middle of the night to eat a spoonful of sugar or I'll feel nauseous. I was just wondering if anyone else has this kind of problem or am I just crazy? xD

No you're not the only one XD
But I don't really have an addiction to it per say, but i LOVE the taste of just pure sugar. sometimes i would even like sneak (when no one's looking) a few handful of pure sugar and just eat/lick it. it's so yummy +__+!!!!

pwahahaha pure sugar is more than just pixie stick sugars to us 8D
(although, pixie stick sugars are good too just flavored! XD)

its not unusual for young people to crave sugar. its just a sign of your bodies seeking that glucose injection. this can happen usually if you are eating meals with adults. adult meals usually have less glucose (just good healthy meat vegie and say rice will not have that much glucose) because adults don't need it.
but young people do and thats why your body cries out for it.
your best solution is to drink milo with milk, eat ice cream or watermelon. all these are better than pure white sugar.
pure white refined sugar is an extremely dangerous form of glucose because it is so refined. it forces yourbody into sugar highs and lows which will eventually destroy your ability to generate insulin leading to diabetes. after cancer, diabetes is a major killer in the west.
your body will need some time to adapt to processing more natural sugars from say watermmelon. but once it does you will be much healthier.

luckily i've stopped eating plain white sugar for weeks now,
and replace my cravings with coffee ice cream instead,
although theres a rare occasion i crave for white sugar xD

Thank you for responding with something so helpful. I figured it was a lot more dangerous and unhealthy than I was thinking it was. I've noticed that it really has started to take a toll on me lately, I've been feeling nauseas and getting headaches for a few days now. I've been trying to cut down but at least now I know what I can do instead. Thanks again!
