Which car would you choose?
IS 250 2006 model (automatic transmission) or 350Z 2004 model (manual transmission) ?
I'm stuck in between those two. I have to make up my mind before this Wed. I love to drive manuals but for safety wise and all I like the IS 250...bleh OPINIONS PLEASE rolleyes.gif

EDIT

Hmm..okay Well I ended up getting an IS 250 today and thanks for those that gave me opinions on those two cars. And to get things clear, I am not familiar with cars and all. (The fact that I came from Korea 3 months ago) I don't really know what to call that shiftable (+ and -) manual / automatic. I'm sorry for the confusion. And like I said below...I test drove 3 cars last week and It was a 2006 IS 250 that I bought, 2008 IS350, and the 350z. The 2006 did not have the shiftable manual but the IS 350 did so that's why I had said (manual) ..smooth and all.

also the g can already run mid 13s stock and the hks intakes adds an estimated 10 extra hp and the exhausts add like 8 so yeah it should shove off about 1.5 to 2 sec off my times

Are you talking about the auto stick option? Paddle shift?
Those are for IS250s.

I've never seen a manual IS350.

But to answer the question, 350z! biggrin.gif
IS250s are popping up all over the place sad.gif too common.

I'd go with the 350z.

And to the dude with the capslock key stuck:

Second generation: IS250 and IS350

The larger, quicker, quieter second generation IS was introduced in October 2005, as 2006 models. Both featured new high-performance V6 engines with rear wheel drive; the IS250 had optional all wheel drive and a choice of a manual or automatic transmission. The IS350 came only with rear drive and an automatic, but used the new Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) system, a more sophisticated and powerful stability control than used in the IS250. The chronograph-inspired dashboard was replaced with a more conventional unit, and the automatic gained steering-wheel paddles for upshifting and downshifting.

Safety features include front and rear side curtain airbags, front seat-mounted side airbags, driver and passenger airbags, automatic locking retractors for all but the driver who got emergency locking retractors, seat belt pretensioners, front ventilated dsic brakes, tandom brake booster, four-sensor/four channel ABS with electronic brakeforce distribution, vehicle stability control (or vehicle dynamics integrated management), tire pressure monitoring, impact beams and crumple zones, impact-dissipating and soft upper headliner and pillars.
